Behind K PATISSERIE is a passionate Head Chef and Founder with over 10 years of experience in the baking and pastry industry.
His journey began with a love for the art of pastry making, leading him to pursue professional education at Yuanpei University of Medical Technology in Taiwan, where he majored in Baking and Pastry Arts.
Through years of professional training and hands-on experience, he developed a deep appreciation for the precision, creativity, and delicate craftsmanship that define French pastries.
In 2019, he returned to Malaysia with a dream of establishing his own patisserie. Combining his professional knowledge, experience, and passion, he founded K PATISSERIE to introduce refined French-inspired desserts to the local community.
Today, that same passion continues to inspire every creation, bringing beautiful flavours and memorable experiences to dessert lovers.
